Bu visseral ya\u011f olarak bilinir ve metabolik sendrom ve kardiyovask\u00fcler hastal\u0131k riskini art\u0131rabilir. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kilo Vermede Zorluk:<\/strong> \u0130ns\u00fclin direnci olan ki\u015filer, diyet ve egzersizle bile kilo vermeyi zor bulabilirler.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4_Cilt_Degisiklikleri\"><\/span><strong>4. Cilt De\u011fi\u015fiklikleri<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Akantozis Nigrikans:<\/strong> Bu, ins\u00fclin direnci ile ili\u015fkili yayg\u0131n bir cilt rahats\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r. Tipik olarak boyun, koltuk altlar\u0131, kas\u0131klar ve g\u00f6\u011f\u00fcslerin alt\u0131 gibi cildin katland\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00f6lgelerde koyu, kadifemsi cilt lekeleri \u015feklinde g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Deri Etiketleri:<\/strong> Ciltte, \u00f6zellikle cildin birbirine s\u00fcrt\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc b\u00f6lgelerde, cilt etiketleri olarak bilinen k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck, iyi huylu b\u00fcy\u00fcmeler de geli\u015febilir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5_Yuksek_Kan_Sekeri_Seviyeleri\"><\/span><strong>5. Bu durum prediyabet olarak bilinir. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>S\u0131k Susama ve \u0130drara \u00c7\u0131kma:<\/strong> Kan \u015fekeri seviyeleri y\u00fckseldik\u00e7e, v\u00fccut artan idrara \u00e7\u0131kma yoluyla fazla \u015fekerden kurtulmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilir ve bu da daha s\u0131k susamaya neden olur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"6_Yuksek_Kan_Basinci\"><\/span><strong>6. Bu ili\u015fki tam olarak anla\u015f\u0131lamam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r, ancak ins\u00fclinin sodyum tutma ve kan damar\u0131 i\u015flevi \u00fczerindeki etkilerini i\u00e7erebilir. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"7_Yuksek_Kan_Lipid_Seviyeleri\"><\/span><strong>7. Y\u00fcksek Kan Lipid Seviyeleri<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Dislipidemi:<\/strong> \u0130ns\u00fclin direnci, y\u00fcksek trigliserit ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck HDL (&#8220;iyi&#8221;) kolesterol seviyeleri dahil olmak \u00fczere anormal lipit seviyelerine yol a\u00e7abilir. Bu da kardiyovask\u00fcler hastal\u0131klar\u0131n geli\u015fme riskini art\u0131r\u0131r. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"8_Polikistik_Over_Sendromu_PCOS\"><\/span><strong>8. Polikistik Over Sendromu (PCOS)<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Kad\u0131nlarda<\/strong> \u0130ns\u00fclin direnci genellikle \u00fcreme \u00e7a\u011f\u0131ndaki kad\u0131nlar\u0131 etkileyen hormonal bir bozukluk olan PCOS ile ili\u015fkilidir. PCOS&#8217;un belirtileri aras\u0131nda d\u00fczensiz adet d\u00f6ng\u00fcleri, k\u0131s\u0131rl\u0131k ve a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 t\u00fcylenme (hirsutizm) yer al\u0131r. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"9_Beyin_Sisi\"><\/span><strong>9. Beyin Sisi<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Bili\u015fsel Sorunlar:<\/strong> \u0130ns\u00fclin direnci olan baz\u0131 bireyler, potansiyel olarak beyin fonksiyonlar\u0131n\u0131 etkileyen kan \u015fekeri seviyelerindeki dalgalanmalar nedeniyle konsantrasyon g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, haf\u0131za sorunlar\u0131 veya &#8220;beyin sisi&#8221; ya\u015fayabilir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"10_Uyku_Sorunlari\"><\/span><strong>10. Uyku Sorunlar\u0131<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Obstr\u00fcktif Uyku Apnesi (OSA):<\/strong> \u0130ns\u00fclin direnci, uyku s\u0131ras\u0131nda solunumun durdu\u011fu ve ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir durum olan uyku apnesi riskinin artmas\u0131yla ili\u015fkilidir ve bu durum k\u00f6t\u00fc uyku kalitesine ve g\u00fcnd\u00fcz yorgunlu\u011funa yol a\u00e7ar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"11_Metabolik_Sendrom_Belirtileri\"><\/span><strong>11. Metabolik Sendrom Belirtileri<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ko\u015fullar K\u00fcmesi:<\/strong> \u0130ns\u00fclin direnci, y\u00fcksek tansiyon, y\u00fcksek kan \u015fekeri, bel \u00e7evresinde a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 v\u00fccut ya\u011f\u0131 ve anormal kolesterol seviyelerini i\u00e7eren bir durum k\u00fcmesi olan metabolik sendromun \u00f6nemli bir bile\u015fenidir. Metabolik sendroma sahip olmak kalp hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131, fel\u00e7 ve tip 2 diyabet riskini art\u0131r\u0131r. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ne_Zaman_Tibbi_Yardim_Alinmali\"><\/span><strong>Ne Zaman T\u0131bbi Yard\u0131m Al\u0131nmal\u0131<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bu belirtilerden herhangi birini ya\u015f\u0131yorsan\u0131z veya ins\u00fclin direnci i\u00e7in risk fakt\u00f6rlerine sahipseniz (obezite, hareketsiz bir ya\u015fam tarz\u0131, ailede diyabet \u00f6yk\u00fcs\u00fc veya gebelik diyabeti \u00f6yk\u00fcs\u00fc gibi), bir sa\u011fl\u0131k uzman\u0131na dan\u0131\u015fman\u0131z \u00f6nemlidir. \u0130ns\u00fclin direncinin erken tespiti ve y\u00f6netimi, tip 2 diyabetin ba\u015flamas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nlemeye veya geciktirmeye ve komplikasyon riskini azaltmaya yard\u0131mc\u0131 olabilir. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Sonuc\"><\/span><strong>Sonu\u00e7<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0130ns\u00fclin direnci, artan a\u00e7l\u0131k, yorgunluk, kilo al\u0131m\u0131, cilt de\u011fi\u015fiklikleri, y\u00fcksek tansiyon ve daha fazlas\u0131 dahil olmak \u00fczere \u00e7e\u015fitli semptomlarla ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabilir. \u0130ns\u00fclin direnciniz oldu\u011fundan \u015f\u00fcpheleniyorsan\u0131z, do\u011fru te\u015fhis i\u00e7in t\u0131bbi yard\u0131m almak ve ya\u015fam tarz\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fiklikleri, diyet, egzersiz ve muhtemelen ila\u00e7 tedavisi yoluyla durumu y\u00f6netmek i\u00e7in bir plan geli\u015ftirmek \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u0130ns\u00fclin direnci, v\u00fccut h\u00fccrelerinin kan \u015fekeri seviyelerini d\u00fczenleyen ins\u00fclin hormonuna kar\u015f\u0131 daha az duyarl\u0131 hale geldi\u011fi bir durumdur.
