What is Aspiration Therapy (AspireAssist)?

AspireAssist used a gastrostomy tube and external connector to remove part of the stomach contents after meals. It required ongoing lifestyle therapy, device care and clinical monitoring.

Aspiration therapy used a gastrostomy device to remove a portion of stomach contents after meals. Commercial availability has changed and it is not part of our treatment programme.
