You can complete your deposit payment for your treatment through this page.
The deposit is required to secure your selected package price and protect you from any future price increases.
Once your deposit payment is received:
- Your reservation is officially confirmed
- Your surgery date is secured
- A proforma invoice is prepared in your name
- The proforma document is sent to your email address
Your booking is not finalized until the deposit is received.
Why Is a Deposit Required?

Due to high demand and limited surgical availability, dates cannot be held without a deposit.
How Does the Deposit Payment Process Work?
- Enter your card details and complete the secure deposit payment on this page.
- Once your payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation on-screen.
- A payment receipt / confirmation email will be sent to your email address.
- Your official proforma invoice will be prepared and sent to you by email.
Important: This payment is a deposit to secure your booking and lock in your package price. The deposit is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
Refund Policy
Please note that deposit payments are non-refundable in the following situations:
- Cancellation of flight tickets
- Voluntary cancellation by the patient
- Failure to attend on the confirmed date
The deposit covers reservation, coordination, and operational planning costs.

After your deposit payment, your proforma invoice serves as formal confirmation of your booking and price guarantee.
